Construction on the 66,500-square-foot headquarters began last April on 23 acres of land at 2115 117th Ave. in Greeley. The facility will be home to 300 Noble Energy employees.
Noble is one of the bigger players in the oil fields of Weld County, drawing in $263 million in net income in the first quarter of 2012. The company posted sales volume of 243,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the same period.
