Neenan marks 50th anniversary with new HQ in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — Design-build firm The Neenan Co. said Tuesday it has moved its headquarters to a new office space within its latest redevelopment project in Fort Collins.

The move coincides with the company’s 50th anniversary.

The multitenant, 40,000-square-foot redeveloped office space is at 3325 S. Timberline Road, previously occupied by Value Plastics, a subsidiary of Ohio-based Nordson Corp., which moved its manufacturing operations to Loveland.

The two-story building has historical significance to the firm because The Neenan Co. designed it as an industrial facility in 1995.

“The Neenan Co. has quite a history with this building,” said David Shigekane, president of the company. “We initially designed it as a progressive industrial facility, and we recently seized the opportunity to redevelop it into a highly desirable office space. We are very pleased to mark our 50th anniversary in a new space in Fort Collins.”

The redesigned space features modern, streamlined details combined with Colorado beetle-kill wood and other outdoor-inspired design elements. The design combines open and closed workspaces and includes upgraded natural light and LED technology. A glass garage door in the break area and windows that open to the exterior enhance the connection to the outdoors.

RPM Timberline TNC LLC, registered to Randolph P. Myers, former president and current general partner at Neenan, purchased the building in August for $3.7 million from a group of investors in Denver that used the entity 3225 Timberline Road LLC.
