Midwest Engineered Systems pays $4.8M for Loveland building

LOVELAND – Wisconsin-based Midwest Engineered Systems Inc., has purchased an industrial building at 5610 Boeing Drive in Loveland from Mark Steputis for $4.8 million.

Midwest Engineered created the entity Boeing Drive Investments LLC to purchase the 47,570-square-foot building, where it will expand from its current location on 66th Street in Loveland. The company makes custom automated systems for material handling, machine tending, deburring, robotic welding plus assembly and production lines. It will occupy about 25,000 square feet.

Chrisland Commercial Real Estate Inc. in Fort Collins has been retained to lease approximately 22,500 square feet of the building.

Midwest is growing its operations in Colorado including its Welding and Service Division.

Jake Hallauer and Ryan Schaefer of Chrisland Commercial represented Midwest Engineered Systems. CBRE brokers Mike Camp in Greenwood Village and Julius Tabert in Fort Collins listed the property.
