Micro Motion leases additional space in Gunbarrel

BOULDER – Micro Motion Inc. has leased an additional 10,451 square feet of office space at 6899 Winchester Circle, adding to its already large presence in Gunbarrel.

Micro Motion makes flow and density measurement devices used in the chemical, oil and gas, food and beverage, and life science industries.

The company now has nearly 20,000 square feet at 6899 Winchester, right across the street from its 200,000-square-foot headquarters.

Chris Nordling of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Micro Motion on the new lease, while Audrey Berne and Scot Smith of The Colorado Group represented the landlord.

Micro Motion officials could not be reached for comment.
