McWhinney launches residential development at Centerra

LOVELAND – Loveland-based developer McWhinney has started construction on The Lakes at Centerra, a residential community north of Highway 34 and east of Boyd Lake Avenue in Loveland.

The 300-acre site will include 791 homes at full build-out, according to a release from McWhinney.

Homes will be priced between the $200,000 and $500,000 range, and an official groundbreaking will be held on April 15.
