Madwire Media eyes possible move from Loveland to Fort Collins

Madwire Media, one of Loveland’s major business success stories of recent years, could be leaving town for Fort Collins.

The company has a letter of intent and “is negotiating lease terms” at Hewlett-Packard’s former facility in Fort Collins, the Reporter-Herald reports. Loveland officials told the paper that the city has been negotiating  with the digital marketing company since March to try and find a space and incentive package that would keep the company in town. One of those sites being weighed is the Rocky Mountain Center for Innovation and Technology campus.

Madwire employs about 220 people and had 2014 revenue of $18.9 million.
