Lyons plant part of $400M asset selloff by Cemex
The Cemex concrete plant in Lyons is included in a deal the company has struck to sell $400 million in assets to Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB.
Bloomberg reports that Cemex SAB is selling a plant tin Texas, as well as its building-materials business, in addition to the Lyons plant as it seeks to sell of more than $1 billion in asset sales to shore up its financials.
