Exploring & expressing grief

Support groups and events, as well as creative therapies and professional counseling, are all ways in which Pathways supports individuals dealing with grief and loss.

“We’re hiring high-caliber fundraising professionals to cultivate new resources to enhance services to our residents above and beyond providing quality housing,” said Sam Betters, the authority’s executive director.

Stoker has more than a decade of experience specializing in grant management, development, budgeting and collaborative program creation. Atib has more than 10 years of combined philanthropic development experience specializing in board engagement, donor relations and leading collaborative partnerships with organizations such as the American Heart Association, Children’s Home Society and Johns Hopkins.

The Loveland Housing Authority over the last several years has completed more than $80 million in new affordable communities.

Among its recent accomplishments, the authority developed the Loveland Lofts —  the first artspace affordable-housing development dedicated to meeting the needs of artist. Another first for Loveland and Colorado —The Green House Homes at Mirasol — is a nationally recognized skilled nursing-care model. Its newest addition, The Edge, will open in November. This 70-unit development will include 10 units for homeless veterans who will receive personalized case management services.
