Louisville homebuilder enters Aurora, Thornton markets

LOUISVILLE — Homebuilder Boulder Creek Neighborhoods in Louisville announced plans on Monday to build about 240 homes in Aurora and Thornton, with prices starting in the high $200,000s.

Boulder Creek will build 98 Encore Patio Homes near Great Plains Park in Aurora, and 140 homes in Thornton near Eastlake Reservoir.

The ranch-style quadplexes will come in three floorplans ranging from 1,300 square feet to 1,700 square feet with two or more bedrooms, two baths and an oversize two-car garage.
