Louisville-based Hope Foods raises $2.2M in new funding

LOUISVILLE — Hope Foods LLC, maker of organic hummus and other food dips and spreads, has pulled in $2.2 million in new funding, according to a recent regulatory filing.

Officials for the Louisville-based company couldn’t be reached for comment Thursday.

Founded in 2010, Hope Foods’ flagship product is its line of organic, gluten-free, non-GMO hummus, including “Super Hemp” and “Jalapeno Cilantro” flavors.
