Longmont Walgreens property sells for $5.7M

LONGMONT — A real estate investment group in Urbana, Ill., has purchased the building that houses Walgreens in the Fox Creek Village Shopping Center at the southwest corner of 17th Avenue and Pace Street in northeast Longmont.

Voightlander Management Inc. paid $5.7 million to St. Louis-based Capitol Realty Group for the building at 835 E. 17th Ave., which was built in 2003. Capitol Realty Group purchased the property in 2005 for $5 million.
