Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

A Woman’s Work provides funding for women in the St. Vrain Valley who need help covering childcare, housing, transportation and medical costs.

The Longmont Community Foundation works to distribute grants to other nonprofit organizations that serve residents of Longmont to help improve quality of life in the area.

Salud Family Health Centers operates community health clinics along the Front Range that offer care to low-income and medically underserved populations.

The OUR Center provides a food pantry, daily hot meals, a clothing bank and homelessness prevention programs in addition to other services to those in need throughout Longmont.

“Healthy communities require partnerships,” LUH president and CEO Mitchell Carson said in a prepared statement. “We are not in this alone, and to support the work of other organizations to improve the quality of life in their communities is an important part of our mission.”
