Longmont city council to weigh Renaissance Village proposal
The Longmont city council will decide the fate of the proposed 276-unit Renaissance Village apartment complex that has drawn the ire of neighbors.
The Times-Call reports that the project, which was approved by the planning and zoning commission in July, was called up by council after city staff received letters from seven residents expressing concerns.
Being developed by Longmont-based Actis LLC, the project would include 16 two and three-story buildings at the southwest corner of Airport Road and Clover Basin Drive.
