Littleton developer plans 800-home senior-housing neighborhood in Fort Collins
A Littleton developer is planning an 800-home neighborhood for residents age 55 and over in north Fort Collins.
The development, which is to include single-family homes, was originally approved in 2010 during the housing crash, the Coloradoan reports. In addition to housing, the neighborhood is expected to include a wellness center and grocery store. The goal for developers is to break ground on the 384-home first phase of the project next year.
