Kaiser Permanente sets Jan. 9 opening for second Fort Collins medical office

FORT COLLINS — Nonprofit health plan Kaiser Permanente Colorado announced Thursday that it will open a second medical office in Fort Collins on Jan. 9.

The new 3,000-square-foot Kaiser Permanente Spring Creek office will be located at 1136 E. Stuart St., Suite 200, and offer primary care, laboratory and pharmacy services.

The office will be staffed by three physicians, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, a lab technician and various administrative staff. Kaiser Permanente doctors L. Marie Walsh and Michelle Glasgow will serve as family-medicine physicians at the office, with a third doctor slated to join shortly after opening.
