JumpCloud ups Series B offering amount to $10M    

BOULDER — JumpCloud Inc., a Boulder-based software company, has increased the offering amount of its Series B funding round to $10 million, according to a document filed Oct. 12 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In August, JumpCloud filed a similar document that capped the offering amount at $6 million. At that time, JumpCloud had raised $4.25 million.

The new filing reveals that the company has almost hit the $6 threshold, raising $5.95 million, with $4 million remaining to be sold.
