Judges chosen for Blue Ocean Challenge

FORT COLLINS – Judges for the CSU Blue Ocean Enterprises Challenge have been selected, according to a release from Colorado State University.
The challenge is a business-pitch competition with the biggest prize in the state: $250,000 and a year of business mentorship.

The judges will evaluate two tracks of 16 companies each. The collegiate track consists of companies founded by students from Colorado colleges, and the winner receives $20,000 in cash and the opportunity to compete on the enterprise track for $250,000.

Business leaders such as Alex Welch, founder of Photobucker, Bill Reichart, founder of Garage Ventures, Brian Thomas, CEO of OtterBox, and Greg Osborn, former president and worldwide publisher of Newsweek, are a few of the judges who will be hearing pitches on May 23.
