Iron Gate raises $245,000

BOULDER – Private equity firm Iron Gate Capital LLC has raised $245,000 in equity according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission this week.

Officials for the company could not be reached on Thursday.

Iron Gate has been in business for about nine and a half years and has a client list that includes Denver-based hamburger chain Smashburger.
