Industrial buildings in Gunbarrel sell for $7.2M

BOULDER — Three industrial buildings that make up the Twin Lakes Business Park in the Gunbarrel Business Park of Boulder have been sold for $7.2 million.

The buildings, totaling 71,447 square feet at 4695, 4697, 4699 Nautilus Court on 5.9 acres, were sold by WLA Investments based in Newport Beach, Calif. to Denver-based NAI Shames Makovsky, a commercial real estate brokerage, developer and property manager. The deal closed Thursday.

The three buildings have 18 tenants and is about 90 percent leased. Tenants include Apex Sports Group, Asher Brewing and Molecular Biosciences.
