Hub International acquires Bank of the West Insurance Agency

FORT COLLINS — Chicago-based Hub International Ltd., a global insurance brokerage firm, announced Tuesday that it has acquired BW Insurance Agency Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of the West.

The deal includes Bank of the West Insurance Agency’s offices in Fort Collins, Gunnison and Grand Junction. Hub’s Northern Colorado office will be at 3003 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
