Hot-rod shop owner adding brewery to Windsor facility

The owner of a hot-rod custom-car shop in Windsor is adding a beer to his business mix this month.

The Coloradoan reports that Eric Peratt, owner of Pinkee’s Rod Shop at 4395 Highland Meadows Parkway, plans to open a new brewery and taproom in a spare room at the same facility later this month. The brewery will be called Mash Lab Brewing, and will include a one-barrel brewing system and 12 taps.
