Hospice-support organization changes name to Care Synergy

Comfort Bridge is changing its name to Care Synergy to convey the strength of its three hospice facilities in Fort Collins, Mead and Denver.

Care Synergy is the support organization for three nonprofit end-of-life care providers — Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins, The Denver Hospice, and Halcyon Hospice and Palliative Care in Mead.

Under the Care Synergy name, each member organization will continue to operate as an independent hospice and palliative care provider, but they will combine administrative and marketing efforts.
