Hickenlooper will visit the University of Northern Colorado to sign the Advanced Industries Accelerator Act, which creates a grant program to promote commercialization of new technologies. Rep. Colorado-based companies focusing on advanced manufacturing, aerospace, life sciences, electronics, energy and natural resources, infrastructure engineering and information technology can qualify for the grants. The grants will range from $150,000 to $500,000.
