Greeley Walgreens building sells for $7M to Nebraska investor

BROOMFIELD — A real estate investor in Lincoln, Neb., has acquired the building occupied by Walgreens Pharmacy at 3700 W. 10th St. in Greeley for $7.125 million.

KRKR Enterprises LLC, the investment arm of Keith Maule of Lincoln, purchased the building from an entity called Mabury Village, according to public records.

The building was constructed in 2004. Walgreens has 15 years left on its lease with an option to extend it by another five years.

In 2009, Maule’s KRKR Enterprises purchased a free-standing Walgreen Co. store in the western suburbs of Chicago, according to Crains Chicago Business.

Maule could not be reached for comment.
