LONGMONT — Law firm Lyons Gaddis, with offices in Longmont and Louisville, has elected Cameron A. Grant as the firm’s new managing shareholder.
Grant takes over for Anton V. Dworak, who served as managing shareholder for eight years. Dworak will continue serving the firm’s clients in his business, real estate, estate planning, probate and tax-law practice.
Grant returned to the firm three years ago after serving as managing partner at two firms — Grant, Grant & Goiran, and Donelson, Ciancio and Grant, where he built his regional practice focusing on real estate development, transactions and business matters.
His real estate work involves representing real estate developers, investors, contractors and owners in connection with the acquisition, development and management of real estate projects, including residential subdivisions, condominiums, master-planned communities and office buildings.
“Cameron’s reputation as one of Northern Colorado’s top real estate lawyers and his experience as former managing partner makes him an ideal leader to guide our practice in Northern Colorado and the Denver metropolitan area,” Dworak said in a prepared statement.
Cameron will work with Cathy Tallerico to oversee the day-to-day operations of Lyons Gaddis. Tallerico is a litigator who specializes in employment, education and special district laws.
