Gold Lake Ranch near Ward for sale for $11.5M

The 90-acre Gold Lake Ranch, home to the Insight Intensive young men’s mentoring program near Ward, has been listed for sale for $11.5 million, the Daily Camera reports.

A note on Insight Intensive’s website notes that it will no longer be enrolling students after its current class graduates in June.

The ranch, at 3371 Gold Lake Road, is owned by Gold Lake Ventures LLC, an entity registered to David Brand of Boulder according to filings with the Colorado Secretary of State’s office. Gold Lake Ventures bought the ranch in 2005 for $4.5 million from Alice and Karl Starek, Boulder County property records show.
