G.J. Gardner Homes design center opens in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — Home builder Charlie Heintschel will host a grand opening for a G. J. Gardner Homes’ design center in Fort Collins on Thursday, Jan. 29.

The event will be from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 140 Boardwalk Drive, unit M, and is open to the public.

Heintschel is owner and chief executive of G.J. Gardner Homes – Fort Collins, a franchise of Australia-based home builder G.J. Gardner Homes, which has locally owned franchises throughout Australia and 11 states in the U.S. In Colorado, it has franchises in Loveland, Denver, Golden, Westminster, Grand Junction, Parker, Peyton and Lone Tree.
