Fuse on Harmony building in Fort Collins sells for $8.45M

FORT COLLINS — Fuse on Harmony, a two-story office building at 3528 Precision Drive in the Harmony Technology Park in Fort Collins, has been sold for $8.45 million.

Fort Collins-based real estate developer Brinkman Partners, through its entity BP Capital LLC, sold the building to 3528 Precision – FC LLC, an entity formed by a group of private investors who have not been identified. The group represents US-Reports Inc., a Loveland-based company that provides premium audits, inspections and risk-control services within the commercial insurance industry. US-Reports will occupy the second floor, Kevin Brinkman said in an email.

Brinkman Partners built the 36,000-square-foot office building in 2014 for an estimated $4 million, according to public records. The building has an open-air look with expansive exterior windows and natural lighting throughout.
