Fort Collins DDA chipping in $465K for Feeders Supply renovations

Ginger Graham’s efforts to revitalize the former Northern Colorado Feeders Supply building in Old Town Fort Collins is getting a major funding boost.

The Coloradoan reports that the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority has approved $465,325 to help restore the historic building at 359 Linden St., including a new roof and facade improvements. Graham, wife of U.S. Senate candidate Jack Graham, is embarking on a $10 million project to convert the Feeders Supply building in to a coffee and pie shop, as well as build a two-story addition that will include a pair of restaurants.
