Fort Collins Brookview Apartments had filed plans to expand before fire
Owners of the Brookview Apartments, which suffered a fire this week that caused significant damage to six units, have filed plans with the city of Fort Collins to add a new building to the complex.
The Coloradoan reports that Brian Soukup and Ed Stoner of Progressive Old Town Square Properties submitted the plans back in April for an L-shaped building that would add roughly two dozen units. The Brookview Apartments are at 1710 Welch St.
