Exploring & expressing grief

Support groups and events, as well as creative therapies and professional counseling, are all ways in which Pathways supports individuals dealing with grief and loss.

Greg Glebe, CEO of display manufacturer Xylem Design in Fort Collins, met Ritsuo Shingo on a trip to Japan to tour factories earlier this year. Glebe said he has integrated the Shingos’ principles at his company, which consist of “respect for people” and “continuous improvement.”

Adopting those principles has transformed Glebe’s company and his life, he said.

“Come with your burning questions about organizational excellence,” Glebe said. “These guys are a big deal.”

The talk is recommended for executives, owners of small-to-large companies, general managers and human resources leaders. Space is limited and attendees are asked to email Seth Braverman at seth@xylemdesign.com to reserve a seat.
