The developer handling the redevelopment of the Foothills mall in Fort Collins has its sights set on a pair of projects in the southern part of the Denver metro area.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Greenwood Village-based Alberta Development Partners is working on plans for a mixed-use development on a 24-acre site in Greenwood Village, as well as a large retail complex slated for Lone Tree.
