Everitt conference to include presentations from mall developers

The 16th Annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Conference will be held from 7 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the Fort Collins Marriott.

The conference will be hosted by Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center and the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors.

The conference will include a presentation from John Covert, director of Metrostudy’s Colorado Region, who will provide a residential market update. Covert has been researching and analyzing housing markets since 1999.
