Everitt Center to forecast 2014 real estate market
The Everitt Center’s research team has been working on the forecast for the past six months, according to a release from CSU.
“We’ve identified and completed statistical analyses of the best data sources for the last 20 years and worked closely with the cities themselves as well as MetroStudy, CoStar, IRES and top industry professionals to make the forecasts for next year,´ said Everitt Center Executive Director Eric Holsapple in a statement.
