Encorp names new senior director of operations

Encorp LLC, a Fort Collins energy distribution company, has named Bo Halamandaris as senior director of operations.

Halamandaris brings nearly three decades of engineering and project management experience to Encorp, according to a statement issued by the company. Encorp recently quadrupled its new sales growth and doubled its sales revenue.

Halamandaris will supervise engineering, maintenance and installation of Encorp projects at company sites nationwide. Encorp’s technology saves energy for hospitals, office buildings and others.

Halamandaris spent the past seven years as director of product engineering and program management at Capstone Turbine Corp. in Chatsworth, Calif. In that role, he directed the engineering and program management team in the $20 million development of a gas turbine system as well as led efforts to develop more than 100 products.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Halamandaris also holds a project management professional certification and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
