Developer plans 150,000-square-foot apartment building in Fort Collins
Developer Butch Stockover is planning to build up to 80 apartments on a vacant piece of land in south Fort Collins.
The Coloradoan reports that the 150,000-square-foot building would be four or five stories tall and sit on 3.1 acres “near the intersection of Horsetooth Road and John F. Kennedy Parkway.”
