Dermatologists buy Fort Collins medical suite from internists

FORT COLLINS — ANB LLC, an entity registered to dermatologists Brad Baack and Andrew Kalajian, has acquired a 7,000-square-foot office condominium in a medical building plus vacant land on Poudre River Drive in Fort Collins for $935,000.

ANB LLC paid $725,000 for the condominium in a two-story building at 1100 Poudre River Drive and $210,000 for three-quarters of an acre of vacant land next to it at 1120 Poudre River Drive.

Drs. Robert C. Homberg, David M. Abbey and Michael C. Lynch were the sellers. Homberg and Abbey run the Internal Medicine Clinic of Fort Collins at the location, but they plan to move when they find a new location to lease, according to Realtor Randy Marshall of Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial LLC, who represented the buyer and the sellers.

The condo that was purchased comprises a little more than one-half of the medical office building. It includes 14 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, two lab areas, doctor’s offices and bookkeeping and file-storage areas.
