Denver firm acquires Marijuana Funding Inc.

BOULDER – Denver-based holding company Infinex Ventures Inc. (OTC Pink: INFX) on Monday announced it has acquired Boulder-based Marijuana Funding Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and an official for Infinex could not immediately be reached.

Marijuana Funding Inc. specializes in funding medical and recreational marijuana companies. The company provides loans and conducts private-equity deals and public offerings.
