Denver developer plans 100-unit apartment complex in Highlands

DENVER — A Denver developer plans to build a 100-unit apartment complex in the city’s Highlands neighborhood.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Corum Real Estate will build the complex at 2690 18th St., on land that it purchased earlier this month. The site is currently home to an office building, which will be demolished. Corum will spend $34 million on the project.
