LOUISVILLE — Denver-based Comunale Properties broke ground this week on a 62,400-square-foot industrial and flex property located in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville.

The project, announced in February, offers 24-foot-clear heights for industrial tenants that need as little as 9,600 square feet.

The company is constructing the building on speculation.

Comunale Properties is also planning a second phase that can offer a building of up to 40,000 square feet that could be built to suit or will be developed speculatively.
