CSU enters new class of party school

Colorado State University is not the top party school in the state, according to the latest Playboy magazine ranking, which, to The Eye, calls into question the judging bodies for such lists.

Qualifications that may have been missed during CSU’s review in the ranking process:

  • Has a Beverage Business Institute that includes specialization in brewing operations;
  • Offers a 400-level course called Brewing Science and Technology;
  • Hired Stephen Menke in 2008 as an associate professor of enology, which is the study of wines.
