Without affordable health care, most low-income women don’t have the opportunity to thrive and be healthy. They aren’t aware of or can’t afford preventive health practices, such as basic dental hygiene, regular well-woman check-ups and recommended mammograms and PAP tests. The Women’s Resource Center is here to help them with prevention as well as when larger health and dental issues arise.
Because money shouldn’t be a barrier to a woman’s health.
