Construction underway for $14M parking garage at CSU

FORT COLLINS — Construction is underway on a $14 million four-story parking garage on Colorado State University’s campus in Fort Collins.

The South College Avenue Parking Garage repurposes a surface lot located between College Avenue and Mason Street, and Lake and Pitkin streets, adjacent to the Alumni Center and University Square. The structure will have 664 spaces, including spots reserved for CSU permit holders and hourly spaces.

Lakewood-based Pinkard Construction is teaming with Denver-based H+L Architecture and Lakewood-based parking consulting firm Carl Walker Inc. on the project that is expected to finish in summer 2016.
