Construction begins on 137-room Hyatt Place hotel in Westminster
WESTMINSTER — Construction has begun on a 137-room Hyatt Place hotel in Westminster.
Denver-based Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners and Indiana-based White Lodging expect the new hotel at 6865 W. 103rd Ave. to open in the spring of 2018. The six-story hotel will include more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space. The lobby will include The Gallery, a 24-hour bar.
Hyatt Place Denver/Westminster will be the third White Lodging-managed hotel in Westminster and the 18th in the Denver-Boulder area.
