The project, which was initially announced by the Business Report in April as a $9 million project called Main Street Health and Rehabilitation, is expected to be complete in December 2013.
In April, Columbine founder Bob Wilson said that about 90 new jobs will be created at the facility.
Fort Collins-based Drahota will complete the construction of the facility, which was designed by Vaught Frye Larson Architects, also of Fort Collins.
