Colorado Springs call center plans 300 hires
Call center giant Firstsource Solutions Ltd. t plans to hire 300 seasonal workers at its Colorado Springs location starting next month to take calls during open enrollment for a health-insurer client through at least March.
The Colorado Springs Gazette reports that Cara Brubaker, the company’s human resource manager in Colorado Springs, said Firstsource will begin paid training lasting two to four weeks on Nov. 28 with other training classes starting in December. She declined to identify the client beyond saying it is a Fortune 500 health insurer that is already one of the center’s five clients.
