Colorado Springs-based defense contractor merges with Virginia firm
Officials for Intelligent Software Solutions say they’ll continue to operate headquarters in Colorado Springs in the wake of a merger with a Virginia company.
The Gazette reports that ISS is merging with Fredericksburg-based EOIR Technologies to create an 1,100-person company, to be named Polaris Alpha, that sells software and other technology to the government. The new company expects to grow by 100 to 200 employees per year and will also maintain its headquarters in Virginia.
