Coldwell Banker buys Fort Collins brokerage

FORT COLLINS – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has purchased a Fort Collins brokerage called CRES, formerly Keller Williams Realty.

CRES recorded sales volume of $333 milliion for the 12-month period ending Oct. 31, 2012.

Michael Campana, owner of CRES, will continue in a sales capacity with Coldwell Banker, according to a release.

Ryon Brewer, manager of Coldwell Banker’s Fort Collins office and Heidi Margolis, team leader for CRES, will lead the new, combined company.

In addition, Coldwell Banker brokers will relocate from their office at 702 W. Drake Road to 2580 E. Harmony Road, where the CRES offices are located.
