Coalfire Systems acquires Virginia company
WESTMINSTER — Coalfire Systems Inc., a Westminster-based cybersecurity firm, has acquired Virginia-based Veris Group for an undisclosed sum.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the deal will give the combined company 550 employees and $100 million in revenue. Coalfire moved its headquarters from Louisville to Westminster in September 2015.
