Clean-energy investment firm wants to raise $552M fund

BOULDER – Vision Ridge Partners LLC, a clean-energy focused investment firm, is seeking to raise up to $552.5 million for a new investment fund, according to a recent regulatory filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Officials for the firm could not be reached Wednesday.

Led by managing partner Reuben Munger, Boulder-based Vision Ridge invests in companies focused on sustainability in the sectors of renewable energy, green building, utility business models and advanced transportation, according to the company’s website.
